Transpacific Hydroponic Pilot Project

This blog will detail the Transpacific Hydroponic Pilot Project. The Pilot Project will consist of the set up of the following:

• Rimol 30' x 48' Nor'Easter Greenhouse
• American Hydroponics 2012 NFT System (lettuce)
• Hydro-Gardens Customized 30' x 20' EZGro Bag System (tomato)

The hope is that the end unit will be able to produce at least 250 heads of lettuce per month and about 250lbs of Tomatoes.

The entire project will be set-up on the roof top of the Transpacific Center Building in Gaulo Rai, Saipan.

Once the unit is constructed we will begin experimenting with growing various lettuce and tomato seeds in an effort to determine which seed will grow best in this climate.
